PureCycle Technologies
PureCycle obtained a global license from P&G for a novel recycling technology that transformed waste polypropylene into new plastic. As key members of the C-Suite, we developed the go to market strategy, operational plan, and led a range of early, mid, and late stage funding efforts that culminated in PureCycle going public in early 2021 with valuation in excess of $1B (NASDAQ: PCT).
Innventure
Innventure leverages technologies sourced from multinational corporations to launch and scale disruptive companies. Rick co-founded Innventure in 2015, which has launched three companies (PureCycle, AeroFlexx, and Accelsius). taking Innventure public in 2024.
CORPORATE STRATEGY
A professional services company was looking to expand their reach and required help pulling forward the best elements of their story to create a compelling Corporate Overview. Within four weeks, we helped refine their strategic positioning and created a Corporate Overview presentation from scratch that was ready to be used with investors.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We were engaged to help an early stage company create an end-to-end mapping of all critical development activities that are required to begin commercial operations within a four week period. Our Project Plan led to the streamlining of operational activities and resulted in clarifying short term and long term capital requirement needs.
ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT
We were brought in to evaluate the root cause of a substantial drop off of profitability in an organization with 10 stakeholders with differing opinions. After creating consensus across a super majority of the stakeholders, we revised the operating model that resulted in a 20% increase in organizational efficiency and put the company back on a path towards profitability within 90 days.
STRATEGICPLANNING
We conducted an Exit Planning Evaluation of an established professional services company to determine which type of end point would be best aligned to the organization's vision and mission. As the process got underway, an undeserved customer group was identified and a broader strategy was created to unlock sales growth.
